Terms of Service
01. PLATFORM ACCESS
Access to Aegis Intelligence's infrastructure platform is granted solely for the purpose of engineering and integrating reliable agentic systems. Unauthorized use or distribution of platform components is strictly prohibited.
02. ENGINEERING SERVICES
Services provided by Aegis Intelligence are technical engineering engagements. These engagements are delivered with a focus on reliability, security, and operational integrity, following our documented engineering principles.
03. TRUST BOUNDARIES
We maintain strict trust boundaries for all agentic systems. Any integration must respect our security governance and failure containment protocols to ensure the integrity of the enterprise environment.
04. LIABILITY & LIMITATIONS
Aegis Intelligence provides infrastructure and engineering services as is. We do not guarantee the absolute reliability of agentic systems or the performance of third-party integrations. All liability is limited by law.
05. GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE
Users are responsible for ensuring their agentic systems comply with all applicable data protection and security regulations. We reserve the right to audit and modify our platform architecture at any time.
06. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty days' written notice. Upon termination, all access to the platform shall be immediately revoked, and all engineering deliverables shall be returned or destroyed.
